REGULAMIN BIEGÓW ULICZNYCH z cyklu           "….W BIEGU  2024"

Wspólny regulamin dla BIEGU GŁÓWNEGO na dystansie 10km oraz
 dla BIEGU TOWARZYSZĄCEGO na dystansie 5km.

  1. Cele:
    • popularyzacja i upowszechnianie biegania jako najprostszej formy czynnego wypoczynku i aktywności ruchowej
    • promocja Miasta Gospodarzy jako miejsc przyjaznych sportowcom
    • promocja Mazowsza

  4. Uczestnicy:
    W Biegu mogą brać udział zawodnicy , którzy ukończyli 18 rok życia / rocznik 2006/ , niezależnie od miejsca zamieszkania.

    Kategorie dla BIEGU GŁÓWNEGO i dla BIEGU TOWARZYSZĄCEGO są takie same:

             KOBIECE 
Kategoria K 20 : 18 - 29 lat (roczniki 2006-1995)
Kategoria K 30 : 30 - 39 lat (roczniki 1994-1985)
Kategoria K 40 : 40 – 49 lat (roczniki 1984-1975)

  MĘSKIE

  1. Warunki uczestnictwa:
    • czytelny podpis na Karcie Zgłoszeniowej przed startem "ŻYRARDÓW  W BIEGU”, w którym zawodnik będzie brał udział, pod następującą klauzulą:
    • "Organizator, wszystkie osoby z nim współpracujące, a także osoby związane z przeprowadzeniem i organizacją biegu nie ponoszą odpowiedzialności względem uczestników za szkody osobowe, rzeczowe i majątkowe, które wystąpią przed, w trakcie lub po wyścigu. Uczestnicy startują na własną odpowiedzialność. Uczestnicy ponoszą odpowiedzialność cywilną i prawną za wszystkie szkody. Przez akceptację niniejszej deklaracji uczestnicy zrzekają się prawa dochodzenia prawnego lub zwrotnego od organizatora lub jego zleceniobiorców w razie wypadku lub szkody związanej z zawodami. Przyjmuję do wiadomości, że w razie wypadku nie mogę wnosić żadnych roszczeń w stosunku do organizatora. Przyjmuję do wiadomości, że należy przestrzegać zarządzeń służb porządkowych oraz warunków regulaminu. Ze względów marketingowych dopuszczona jest wysyłka materiałów reklamowych na adresy mailowe uczestników zarówno przez organizatora jak i oficjalnych sponsorów cyklu. Zgadzam się z warunkami uczestnictwa i zgłaszam swoje uczestnictwo w ww. zawodach. W przypadku startu młodzieży poniżej 18 lat wymagana jest zgoda rodzica lub opiekuna prawnego, poprzez złożenie podpisu. Zdjęcia, nagrania filmowe oraz wywiady z moją osobą, a także wyniki z moimi danymi osobowymi mogą być wykorzystane przez prasę, radio i telewizję. Swoim podpisem zapewniam, że zapoznałem się z wszystkimi warunkami regulaminu zawodów i wypełniłem formularz zgłoszeniowy zgodnie z prawdą oraz kompletnie. Wyrażam zgodę na przetwarzanie moich danych osobowych przez Żyrardowskie Towarzystwo Cyklistów z siedzibą w Żyrardowie zgodnie z ustawą z dnia 29 sierpnia 1997 r. o ochronie danych osobowych (Dz. U. Nr 133, poz.883). Niniejsza deklaracja obowiązuje na wszystkich edycjach cyklu."
      Ten sam efekt uzyskujemy rejestrując się przez internet – zatwierdzając powyższą klauzulę w toku rejestracji na stronie www.ztc.pl .
  2. Warunkiem udziału w imprezie jest: prawidłowa rejestracja (internetowa lub osobista) z potwierdzeniem warunków uczestnictwa oraz wniesienie opłaty startowej
  3. Strona sportowa:
    • nad poprawnością strony sportowej czuwa Sędzia Główny,
    • w czasie biegu zawodnik nie może korzystać z pomocy innych osób pod karą dyskwalifikacji. Skracanie trasy także doprowadzi do dyskwalifikacji zawodnika.
    • W biegu na dystansie 10 kilometrów mogą startować wózkarze. Do startu dopuszczeni będą jedynie zawodnicy korzystający z aktywnych wózków inwalidzkich (tzw. active wheelchair) - patrz zdjęcie poniżej,

  4. Strona medyczna:
    • wszystkich uczestników imprezy obowiązuje posiadanie aktualnych badań lekarskich.
    • osoby dorosłe mogą wystartować na własną odpowiedzialność wypełniając stosowny formularz w obecności sędziego po okazaniu dokumentu tożsamości Za osoby nieletnie podpis składa rodzic lub prawny opiekun w obecności sędziego po okazaniu dokumentów tożsamości obojga.
    • organizator zapewnia opiekę medyczną od rozpoczęcia do zakończenia zawodów.
    • w przypadkach uzasadnionych Lekarz Zawodów ma prawo nie dopuścić zawodnika do udziału w imprezie .
       
  5. Strona finansowa - opłata startowa       
    • 60 zł - dla wszystkich uczestników, startujących w Żyrardowie, którzy zarejestrują się do dnia 27 sierpnia 2024 i do tego terminu wpłacą wpisowe za start w Żyrardowie, w tej opłacie jest numer startowy z chipami i wręczany na mecie medal za ukończenie biegu oraz plecak sportowy..
    • 70 zł - dla wszystkich uczestników, startujących w Żyrardowie, którzy zarejestrują się do dnia 10 września 2024 i do tego terminu wpłacą wpisowe za start w Żyrardowie, w tej opłacie jest numer startowy z chipami i wręczany na mecie medal za ukończenie biegu oraz plecak sportowy.
    • 90zł - dla wszystkich pozostałych (można się rejestrować nawet w dniu zawodów);
    • Opłata przelewem
      za BIEG GŁÓWNY-10km lub za BIEG TOWARZYSZĄCY-5km

      Przelew należy opisać - "DYNSTANS, ETAP-MIEJSCOWOŚĆ , NAZWISKO, IMIĘ, ROCZNIK,"

    • Organizator nie zwraca wniesionej opłaty startowej.

  8. Nagrody:
    Bieg Główny i Bieg Towarzyszący - trzech pierwszych zawodników i zawodniczek OPEN oraz w kategoriach wiekowych zwycięzcy.
    Bieg Główny i Towarzyszący - każdy uczestnik po ukończeniu biegu otrzyma pamiątkowy medal
  9. Pakiety startowe
    Bieg Główny i Towarzyszący - w przygotowaniu - aktualna informacja w zakładce dotyczącej biegu.
  10. Trasa
    - Bieg na obu dystansach (5 i 10 km) w całości rozgrywany jest na trasie asfaltowej . Szczegółowe mapki tras w zakładkach dotyczących kolejnych biegów.
  11. Postanowienia końcowe:
    • Bieg odbędzie się bez względu na pogodę,
    • biegiem kieruje Sędzia Główny, który decyduje w sprawach organizacyjnych oraz w sprawach spornych,
    • dostarczone przez organizatora numery startowe należy umieścić z przodu na odzieży wierzchniej w sposób umożliwiający odczytanie numeru startowego przez cały czas trwania biegu, nieczytelny numer startowy lub umieszczony w innym miejscu może być podstawą do dyskwalifikacji,
    • organizator zastrzega sobie prawo ostatecznej interpretacji niniejszego regulaminu,
    • o sprawach nie objętych regulaminem decyduje Organizator.
  12. Program w dniu zawodów:
    • Programy w dniu imprezy publikujemy w odpowiednich zakładkach dotyczących poszczególnych biegów.

REGULATIONS OF STREET RUNNING from the series "...W BIEGU 2024"

Common regulations for the MAIN RACE over a distance of 10 km and
 for an ACCOMPANYING RUN over a distance of 5 km.
1. Goals: 
o popularization and dissemination of running as the simplest form of active recreation and physical activity
o promotion of the Host City as sports-friendly places

4. Participants:
Competitors who are over 18 years of age (born in 2006) can take part in the Run, regardless of their place of residence.
The categories for the MAIN RACE and the ACCOMPANYING RACE are the same:

5. Conditions of participation: 
for a legible signature on the Entry Form before the start of "ŻYRARDÓW W BIEGU", in which the competitor will take part, under the following clause:
 "The organizer, all persons cooperating with him, as well as persons associated with the conduct and organization of the race are not liable to participants for personal, property or property damage that occurs before, during or after the race. Participants start at their own risk. Participants are responsible for civil and legal liability for all damages. By accepting this declaration, participants waive the right to pursue legal or recourse against the organizer or its contractors in the event of an accident or damage related to the competition. I acknowledge that in the event of an accident I cannot make any claims against organizer. I acknowledge that the orders of the security services and the terms and conditions of the regulations must be complied with. For marketing reasons, sending advertising materials to the participants' e-mail addresses by both the organizer and the official sponsors of the series is permitted. competitions. In the case of participation of young people under 18 years of age, the consent of a parent or legal guardian is required by signing. Photos, film recordings and interviews with me, as well as the results with my personal data may be used by the press, radio and television. By signing, I guarantee that I have read all the terms and conditions of the competition and have completed the entry form truthfully and completely. I consent to the processing of my personal data by the Żyrardowskie Towarzystwo Cyklistów based in Żyrardów in accordance with the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883). This declaration is valid for all editions of the series."
We achieve the same effect by registering online - by approving the above clause during registration on the website www.ztc.pl.
6. The conditions for participation in the event are: correct registration (online or in person) with confirmation of the conditions of participation and payment of the entry fee
7. Sports page: 
o the Chief Referee supervises the correctness of the sports side,
o during the run, the competitor cannot use the help of other people under penalty of disqualification. Shortening the route will also lead to the disqualification of the competitor.
o Wheelchair athletes can take part in the 10-kilometer race. Only competitors using active wheelchairs will be allowed to start - see the photo below,

8. Medical side: 
o All event participants are required to have up-to-date medical examinations.
o adults may take part at their own risk by completing the appropriate form in the presence of the judge after presenting an identity document. For minors, the signature is signed by the parent or legal guardian in the presence of the judge after presenting the identity documents of both.
o the organizer provides medical care from the beginning to the end of the competition.
o in justified cases, the Competition Doctor has the right not to allow the competitor to participate in the event.
 9. Financial side - entry fee        
by PLN 60 - for all participants starting in Żyrardów who register by August 27, 2024 and pay the entry fee for starting in Żyrardów by that date, this fee includes a starting number with chips and a medal for finishing the race and a sports backpack handed out at the finish line ..
by PLN 70 - for all participants starting in Żyrardów who register by September 10, 2024 and pay the entry fee for starting in Żyrardów by that date, this fee includes a starting number with chips and a medal for finishing the race and a sports backpack handed out at the finish line .
by PLN 90 - for all others (you can register even on the day of the competition);
o Payment by transfer
for the MAIN RACE - 10 km or for the ACCOMPANYING RACE - 5 km

o The organizer does not refund the entry fee.

14. Route
- The race at both distances (5 and 10 km) takes place entirely on an asphalt route. Detailed route maps in the tabs regarding subsequent races.


15. Final provisions: 
o The race will take place regardless of the weather,
the race is managed by the Chief Judge, who decides on organizational matters and disputes,
o the starting numbers provided by the organizer should be placed on the front of the outerwear in a way that allows the starting number to be read throughout the duration of the race, an illegible starting number or placed in another place may be grounds for disqualification,
o the organizer reserves the right to final interpretation of these regulations,
The Organizer decides on matters not covered by the regulations.

16. Program on the day of the competition: 
o On the day of the event, we publish the programs in the appropriate tabs for individual races.
